How does billing work?
You're billed monthly per seat. The Starter plan is always free — no credit card required. Team and Business plans bill at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel or change plans at any time.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one team member with access to your workspace. Workspace owners and admins both count as seats. You can add or remove seats at any time — changes are prorated to your next billing date.
How are AI messages counted?
We don't count messages against a cap — Knowledge & Communication is a context and memory layer, not an AI provider. You bring your own Claude API key (or your team's). We store and route the context; Claude handles the generation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep full access until then.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes — the Team plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Business plans include a personalised demo and trial period arranged with your account manager.
